What’s your Return Policy? 

We gladly accept returns received within 30 days of the original purchase. 

• We do not accept returns for sale items or items that have been substantially used. 
• All returns must be authorized by Saro de Rúe and you must email hello@saroderue.com to receive a prepaid return label. 
• Please include the order number, the word Return in the subject line, and the products you’d like to return and your return reason. 

You will receive an instant pre-paid return shipping label. Note that $6.95 shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed and credited within 14 business days. 

After your return authorization has been approved, please ship your returned item along with your ORIGINAL ORDER # to:
