Q. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. We also accept Paypal and Paypal credit. However, international credit cards are not accepted at this time. When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. When the order is shipped, the payment is processed.

All payment forms are subject to verification by Saro de Rúe. Saro de Rúe reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.

Q. Is there sales tax?
Saro de Rúe is registered to collect sales and use taxes in all states which impose such a tax.
Q. Does Saro de Rúe ship internationally?
We ship to most international countries. However, we unfortunately do not ship to Spain & Mexico, under the Cosmetics Import restrictions for Countries outside the EU.
Please note that the standard shipping costs and delivery time do not apply to overseas orders and these costs will vary depending on the country.

Q. When will my order ship?
Your In-stock orders usually ship within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. Please keep in mind that this may change or be delayed during holidays and holiday weekends.
Q. How can I track my order?
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. If you have not received the email (even in your “promotions” or “spam” folders), please email email@example.com for further assistance.
Q. My item arrived broken or damaged, what do I do?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include a photo of the item and a description of the damage.
Q. What’s your Return Policy?
We gladly accept returns received within 30 days of the original purchase.
- We do not accept returns for any products that have been opened or for sale items.
- All returns must be authorized by Saro de Rúe and you must email email@example.com to receive a prepaid return label.
- Please include the order number, the word Return in the subject line, and the products you’d like to return and your return reason.
You will receive an instant pre-paid return shipping label. Note that $6.95 shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed and credited within 14 business days.
After your return authorization has been approved, please ship your returned item along with your ORIGINAL ORDER # to:

Q. I want to try an item before I buy it. Can you send me samples?
Currently, we don’t offer samples, and all of our products are for purchase only.
Q. How do I use my promotion code?
Promotion codes can be applied to your order at checkout. Enter your promotion code into the field on the top right, above your cart total. Once you hit 'Apply' your discount will be deducted from your cart total and you can continue to the payment method.
Please note that only one promotion code can be applied per order. Promotion codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.
